Barrie Howard is Coordinator, Program Management, for the National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program (NDIIPP) at The Library of Congress. He coordinates and facilitates community building activites to engage external partners, and provides project management support for the Program. He holds a BFA in Sculpture from East Carolina University, and an MSLS from The Catholic University of America (CUA), and was recently honored with the 2014 Raymond Von Dran Memorial Award from the CUA Department of Library Science in recognition of outstanding innovation, collaboration, and leadership in the library and information science profession.
