I’ve been excited about the possibilities of using technology in the classroom since attending two recent conferences. At the first I saw a presentation of the Mapping Early Modern London Project (http://mapoflondon.uvic.ca/) and at the other I saw several presentations on tools that would facilitate the collective annotation of texts. Overall, I’m interested in ways of helping students to visualize both texts and space in different ways and exploring the possibility of large group collaborative work.
